Vitastation inc. protects the personal information it collects, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Information collected

Through the contact form: name, business, email, phone, region and the message you write. We collect no other information through this site and use no advertising cookies.

Use

This information is used only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to carry out the mandate. It is never sold or rented.

Hosting and disclosure

The site and its form are hosted by a provider whose servers may be located outside Quebec. The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address to display them. We keep only the information needed, with reasonable security measures.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a mandate are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the person in charge above. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
